The Emmaus Christian Choir is an inter-denominational, mixed voice choir based in the greater Bristol area, which sings to the Praise and Worship of the Lord Jesus Christ.

A selection of music is chosen for each season, from the vast range of Christian music publications, old and new, available throughout the world. The choir is available to present their current programme at the invitation of any church.

We always welcome new members and (dare we say this?) especially men. Musical knowledge is not needed but an ability to hold a tune is useful.

Following the success of several television programmes following Gareth Mallone and his school and community choirs, together with the more local and recent, Hallelujah Choir, we feel there must be many, given the opportunity, who would enjoy the challenge of singing in a Christian choir. As well as the discipline of the singing we do enjoy fellowship and fun at our weekly rehearsals.

The choir currently rehearses each Monday at 7:30pm at Whiteshill Evangelical Church at Hambrook, Bristol.
